Literally twentythree blue blocks. Mouseover a block to make it spin. It is easy to lose track of time on this page, sometimes that is worthwhile on its own. Written in html and css with no javascript. Previously this page used javascript to persist the spinning blocks after the mouseover, but I became interested in a no-js implementation. Let me know if you have any good ideas to improve this page without using javascript.
